Worcestershire has an incredible wedding industry, from beautiful country house hotels and barns to photographers, florists, cake makers, celebrants, stylists, musicians, planners, bridal boutiques, and countless other talented independent businesses.

We want to bring those businesses together. Through Club Worcestershire, alongside our wider Cotswolds Concierge community, we’re building a stronger network for Worcestershire’s wedding industry. A community where businesses can meet, make connections, support one another, collaborate, and, importantly, work together to promote Worcestershire as a brilliant place to get married.

Club Worcestershire is open to all and held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 11.30am for a couple of hours.

The Worcestershire Weddings Roundtable is a members-only event held before every Club Worcestershire.

Our Worcestershire Weddings Roundtable is specifically for people working within the wedding industry.

This includes venues, photographers, videographers, florists, cake makers, celebrants, wedding planners, stylists, entertainers, musicians, bridal businesses, stationery designers, content creators, and all the other businesses that help make a wedding happen.

Open to members only, the Roundtable is deliberately selective. It’s a conversational type of networking free of speakers and sales pitches. Instead, we choose subjects that matter to wedding businesses and have an open discussion around the table. It’s about getting to know the people behind the businesses and building genuine relationships.

Club Worcestershire brings businesses from across the county together in a relaxed environment, while our dedicated Worcestershire Weddings Roundtable gives wedding professionals an opportunity to sit around the same table and talk openly.

It’s a chance to discuss what’s happening in the industry, share experiences and ideas, talk about the challenges businesses are facing, recommend one another, create collaborations, and find ways we can collectively make the Worcestershire wedding industry stronger.

Venues need brilliant suppliers. Suppliers need brilliant venues. And everyone benefits when Worcestershire attracts more couples looking for somewhere wonderful to get married.

∙ PROMOTING WEDDINGS IN WORCESTERSHIRE ∙

There is so much to shout about. Worcestershire has magnificent hotels, historic houses, barns, estates, countryside venues, intimate spaces, and some exceptionally talented wedding businesses. From photographers and florists to cake makers, celebrants, stylists, entertainers, bridal boutiques, planners, and everything in between, there is a huge amount of talent right here in the county.

Rather than every business promoting Worcestershire weddings independently, there is a real opportunity to create a stronger collective voice. We want businesses to share each other’s work, support and recommend one another, create collaborations, and help introduce couples to brilliant local suppliers they may not otherwise discover.

And alongside building the business community, we’re working on something specifically for couples too.

∙ WEDDINGS WORCESTERSHIRE ∙

We are currently developing WeddingsWorcestershire.com, a separate, consumer-focused wedding portal dedicated entirely to getting married in Worcestershire.

While Club Worcestershire and our Roundtable events are about bringing the business community together, Weddings Worcestershire will be about taking that community out to the couples who are actually planning their weddings.

The aim is to create a dedicated place where couples can discover Worcestershire wedding venues, suppliers, inspiration, ideas, real weddings, advice, and everything they need to plan a wedding in the county.

Most importantly, it will give us a platform dedicated to promoting Worcestershire as a wedding destination in its own right.

There are already established wedding destinations around the UK that couples immediately think of when they start planning and Worcestershire deserves to be part of that conversation. It has the countryside, the venues, the accessibility, the accommodation, the food and drink, and, above all, the wedding businesses to make that happen.

∙ A COLLECTIVE VOICE FOR WORCESTERSHIRE WEDDINGS ∙

Weddings Worcestershire won’t simply be another directory. We want it to reflect the people and businesses that make up the county’s wedding industry and become a place where we can tell their stories, showcase their work, share expertise, feature real Worcestershire weddings, introduce venues and suppliers, and give couples genuine reasons to choose Worcestershire.

That is where the community side becomes so important. The more connected our wedding businesses are, the more opportunities there are to collaborate, recommend each other, create content together, and collectively promote the county.

A couple booking a Worcestershire venue can discover a Worcestershire photographer. That photographer can introduce them to a local florist. The florist might recommend a cake maker, stylist, celebrant, or musician. Everyone benefits from keeping those connections within the county wherever possible.

Club Worcestershire brings the businesses together. Our Worcestershire Weddings Roundtable gives the wedding industry a place to talk, connect, and collaborate. Weddings Worcestershire will give us the consumer-facing platform to take all of that out to couples.

Ultimately, we want to create something bigger than a collection of individual businesses. We want to build a Worcestershire wedding community, while creating a recognisable destination for couples looking to get married here.

The more we work together, the more visible Worcestershire becomes.
